It is made from pure “one face” sheepskin with leather, which is one of the most expensive types of sheepskin on the market. Unlike other similar hats on the market, this is made of 100% sheepskin shearling leather, and is not “lined” in any way, allowing the skin to breathe.

Sheepskin, also called lambskin, is different from regular leather in that it is tanned on one side but retains its fleece on the other.

• A non-stretching cloth or flexible measuring tape is best (a non-stretch string or rope can also work)

• Place tape on the largest part of head, approximately 1/2 inch above the ears and above the eyebrows - exact position is personal preference

• Measure using inches (nearest 1/8 inch) or centimeters (nearest 1/4 cm), which ever you prefer

• Hold the tape to the head as tightly as the desired fit - snug and probably tighter than you think it should be - tightness is personal preference

Be accurate and measure more than once - write down the measurement
